Step 3 of 5

Security, Collateral and Documents Held

Record exactly what is being held, so there is no argument later about what must be returned.

Card retention — record it properly If a card is held, the file must show which card, that the borrower handed it over voluntarily, and that it is returned on full repayment. That record is what protects you if the borrower later disputes a withdrawal with their bank. Never record or store the PIN.

Verification Documents Held on File

Copies only. Original identity documents are returned to the borrower immediately.

Send Your Documents

Ticking a box above tells B-Finance what you are providing. The documents themselves still have to reach us before your application can be assessed.

Your application cannot be approved until these are received and verified Attach them below if your phone or computer allows it, or email them to ML@sealfiji.com quoting your name. B-Finance checks every document against the list you submitted before making a decision.
Photos or PDFs. They are attached when you submit — nothing is uploaded now.

    Collateral Provided as Security

Complete only if an item has been provided as security. Leave blank for unsecured loans.

If you take security over a vehicle or equipment Registering the interest on the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSA 2017) is what protects your claim if the borrower sells the item or another creditor comes after it.
    Step 4 of 5

Terms Applied For — Review Before Signing

Go through this with the borrower out loud. Anything shown in red must be completed first.

    Borrower Declarations and Acknowledgements

The borrower ticks each of these themselves.

    Step 5 of 5

    Signature and Submission

Sign with a finger on a phone or tablet, or with the mouse on a computer. Only the borrower's signature is needed to submit — B-Finance countersigns after assessment. Signing dates are fixed to today and cannot be changed.
